LTEF board thanks park staff

Having just completed the 10th year of activities at the Lake Thunderbird BoatHouse, the Lake Thunderbird Educational Foundation thought it would be most appropriate to thank the Lake Thunderbird Park Staff with a delicious holiday luncheon. LTEF board members Phil Dame, Marilyn Friend , Roger Elliot and Les Cum-mings grilled up burgers and hotdogs and brought potato salad, baked beans, tea, potato chips and dessert for everyone. After the luncheon we each introduced ourselves and explained what we do in support of the Park and BoatHouse. The Thunderbird Sailing Club and LTEF are most appreciative of the support of all the Thunderbird State Park staff and look forward to continuing the mutually beneficial partnership we have developed over the years. Its amazing to realize that its been over 15 years since the initial idea of developing the BoatHouse was discussed. Congratulations to everyone who has been involved in this most successful project and be sure to thank the Lake Thunderbird State Park Staff for all that they do!
